Heber Valley Hospital
The Heber Valley Hospital recently broke ground on a 30-million-dollar hospital expansion, advancing the future of healthcare in the Wasatch County community. This will be the largest investment and improvement project in the history of the hospital, impacting most of the hospital’s major clinical departments over the next three years.
The first phase of the project will include the build-out of: a new InstaCare facility, an in-house MRI Suite, a new Emergency Room with seven bays, an infusion therapy suite, a private family waiting room, two trauma rooms, a new helipad and a new ambulance bay.
The second phase of the expansion will include: renovation of the medical offices, building a new main entrance, a new café, private registration, nursing offices, same day surgery, an expanded nursery and an expanded in-patient pharmacy.
The Heber Valley Hospital has always been dedicated to continuously improving the health of the community. As Heber and Wasatch County continue to grow the need for more advanced, high-quality healthcare has increased, they have responded by designing a campus that will not only allow for leading edge healthcare now, but will prepare for the next three generations of families who will become part of the Heber Valley.
